I offer group and individual supervision towards licensure for those on track to become LMFTs in Tennessee. I specifically offer embodied, active (and engaging!) strategies to my approach to supervision, as well as engaging with trainees regarding cases, theoretical orientations, etc.
I draw from my experience in community mental health and educational settings, as well as my current private practice work, to help with your professional development. I am very passionate about cultural competency issues and promoting more diversity in the field of psychotherapy. I believe that our work is joyous, and I want to help you find your unique identity as a clinician.
I am in the process of becoming a fully licensed AAMFT supervisor. That means I have a mentor who is supporting me as I follow all the steps AAMFT requires. If you have any concerns or questions about this training piece and what it might mean for your experience, please just ask.
Please note: I am not eligible to supervise LPC trainees at this time.
